We respect your privacy. We collect the minimum information needed to deliver your abaya — nothing more, and nothing kept beyond what is necessary.
What we collect
Only your name, phone number and delivery address, given to us by WhatsApp when you place an order. We never ask for payment cards, ID documents or any other personal data.
Why we collect it
Strictly to confirm your order, coordinate delivery with our courier in Lebanon, and reply to your questions. Never for marketing without your consent.
How long we keep it
Only until your order is delivered and the return window is closed. After that, your information is removed from our records. We do not keep a customer database.
Who we share it with
Only with the courier we use to deliver your abaya to your door. Your data is never sold, traded or shared with anyone else.
